Chavez promotes open source softwareVenezuelan President Hugo Chavez is promoting the use of Linux and other non-proprietary software programs in Latin America. In 2004, he ordered public institutions in Venezuela to move toward open-source programs. He says previous administrations spent more on software licensing than fighting poverty.

This plant is Kissable

I bought this plant at Home Deou( Cheapo Depo) on St. Patrick's Day.
This plant can be eaten but carefully.
The leaves contain oxalic acid, which gives them their sharpflavorr.
Perfectly all right in small quantities, the leaves should not be eaten in large amounts since oxalic acid can bind up the body's supply of calcium leading to nutritional deficiency. The quantity of oxalic acid will be reduced if the leaves are cooked. People with a tendency to rheumatism, arthritis, gout, kidney stones orhyperactivityy should take especial caution if including this plant in their diet since it can aggravate their condition.
It grows in Europe, including Britain, from Iceland south and east to Spain, Asia to Japan.
There are small flower that seemyouobloomn inyoutht home all year. When small itmaskedd anoseehousewifelinesst mine gotspinalyfadet. It grows near the edge of forests. So light is importantt. So I am using a grow lamp in a clip on lamp(ch. Total cost @25 dollars for set up. Plant cost 4 dollars.

Go to bed Lloyd !

Why do you love beer so much,
Was it a thrill at first touch?
Now you need it every day,
As your brain waists away.
As you fill the frosty glass,
You kid yourself this the last.
Then down the throat so faat.
So nothing matters any more,
All life is just a jumbled roar
Then you go to bed and snore

GOD BLESS AMERICA

Are we becoming the Evil Empire!
My wife is becoming an American citizen. The reason she came to this country was personal freedom and job opportunity. She was a product of the Soviet system. The state controlled everything; it made people dependant on the state. The State controlled the food supply. Permission to buy a car came from the Government. Those who nerd health care was regulated. Health care providers and workers followed government rules. Schools were told what and how to teach. In the name of state security, half the population spied on the other half. People who disagreed with government were punished.
Every worker made to take a test and was limited from Job mobility. They were put to work not by ability, but how they toed the government line.
Travel was restricted and ID cards were mandatory.
Are we replacing the state in our country with a giant corporate Alien?

My wife states that this country is acting more and more like the USSR.
So what can we do?
We must fight for our freedoms or submit to a growuhg oppression.

Get out of bed Merija!

Who cares if you are sad
They only come if you are glad
Anger makes them run
Because you are not fun
So My Dear don't you fear
To show a little cheer

A bird’s freedom was lust
Himself he could only trust

Not a seamingly loveable bear
No one could stroke his hair.

Nor did he really care
How other creatures did fare

All the seasons was his time
Only weather he did mind

He was driven to reproduce and eat
Never viewed deaths end as a defeat

Mother Nature made the bird well !

Butterfly lady
A wizard once ask a lady,
When you come again.
Would you like to be,
Horse, muffin or wren?

The lady smiled and said,
In her sweet voice.
It is very nice of you,
To give me a choice.

I would not care to be,
Any one of these creatures.
For I do not like,
Any of their features.

The wizard thought,
I will make her glad!
For I would not ever,
Plan to make her sad.

He answered to her,
How about a butterfly?
Can you guess?
The reason why.

The lady said,
I think I know.
It is beautiful to see,
And it is also quite free,

They both agreed,
It should be done.
Was this a story?
All jest and fun?

There was once a leader
He was a power feeder

At first respected by all
His ego makes him fall

He was not a history reader

TO THE WIFE

FROM THE MAN
An egg washed upon a shore
Containing a little dinosaur.
A man came by and saw the egg.
Coming out of it, he saw its leg
So he helped it to escape the egg

Tthe creature bites the man.
The little creature away she ran
Do not help the creatures eggs to crack
For it may give you a good smack
The man was taught to ocompassion lack

Is this a limerick?

There was once a man in a nursing home
A man who loved to get up and roam
But he had to march in his space
They did not whant to see his face
So he escaped and ran away to
Nome

I know a woman called

Rose

She liked to smell with her nose

In the garden, she liked to hang out

her flowers grew strong and stout

She was thrilled to work with a

hose

A girl I knew was Mayble
She liked it on the table
The TV top she did feel
Was no place for a meal
This is not one sexy fable

Dear Sweet Lady of the Lake
When you have your day break
Would you care a date us make

We can go nay any where.
Time off to playground care.
That is if you will like to dare

So let me know if you want to play
Relax, comfort and go that way
To the waterpark this day

I met a lady quite dear
I wanted to draw her near
To love her was a fear

As I became her friend
I could only see one end
Love was not to pretend

I knew when love came
It wound not be a game.
feelings would to remain

looking into her heart deep
only seeing victory no defeat
I will go on with no retreat

When hearing her say, I love you
Everything in my power I will do
to make her happy through and through

I love you and smoking is harful to our sex life!!!!!!!
Your Husband and Friend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The beach has been always beyond my reach!
The road to this place is of dirt and very old!
The sand I would like to stroll on, could be grand!
The air smelling of the sea would be great for me.

At night
Said the Knight
I stare at the dark void against the quiet stars
I am into a complete peacefulness and my thoughts
are of you

What houseplant material is being stock piled by the government in case of a nuclear explosion?
Note when I write directly to my blog you may find it somewhat coded by misspoke words

I am marching in the nursing homer.
Looking for a place to roam.
I do not dare to show my face.
So I am stamping here in place.
My old lady is now long gone.
She died and bought the farm.
So here I am to this date
Awaiting my fate.
