Good to hear from you again Lloyd.

Finally painting. It has taken time to get the spirit flowing again but at last it is happening.

Your new works look beautiful, really poignant mood to them.

Take care and good painting.

ere's a lot of hype publicity surrounding the publication of a 900+ page book with a new theory about how Vincent van Gogh died. He apparently didn't commit suicide but was shot by two boys accidentally who he then protected them by saying he'd shot himself. A curator from the Van Gogh Museum

Hi Lloyd,
I am back home after a long and gruelling tour of Europe. I am posting here since I had the privilege of reconnecting to Van Gogh's legacy. Walked in the footsteps of VG while in Arles, France. He lived here and painted many of his famous masterpieces like the"Starry Night" and "Cafe Terrace." Didn't see any oil paintings. Only posters and landmarks. However while in Barcelona, Spain I saw 6 of his original oil painting at the Picasso Museum. On loan by the Amsterdam Museum. Very imprssive especially the "Japanese Woman" and his self portrait.
