Vista Capable PCs to hit shelvesPC buyers will start seeing "Windows Vista Capable" stickers on computers next month. The stickers indicate that the machines will be upgradeable to the new operating system, which is due out next January. However, the stickers won't indicate which version of Vista the machines will be able to run.
