Endangered species I
Endangered species, I am one of a kind.
Roamed the earth, made the creatures mind.
Top of the food chain, king of the beast.
The world was mine, all of it was my feast
A god, he was given supreme command.
To allow creation overt this sky and land.
To his dismay, the world grew old and cold.
Civilization designee, fitted to fill his mold.
Time to see his great work, done in stone.
To think thoughts of love, wisdom to moan.
Sitting in tall buildings of steel and Gold dome.
Cursing everyone else, his plight of being alone

The Tiger
Each of the tree and
Each of the tree and us
To fulfill manifest destiny.
We all suffer adversity.
Our spirit tested constantly
Standing like the tree
Together loving you and me
Not losing faith in thee
Heaven, hell we make
Like fire to the stake
Therefore, serios we do take
World to remake
As a fool all to take
The harvest we rake
When your lifes clone
Be a heart of stone
Then you will be alone
Forever to moan
A mournful tone
Then all can be
Happy not a tree
Heart soft and free
Do good works for three
Will I see you to hell?
Or heaven do tell.
In the byways and dell
When we pass or meet
It depends on how we treat
Not all that lives is meat

.They DNA types say that in Europe you can trace all people to five beginning families. This brings to mind the old question:” who came first People’ or their eggs?”
I am of Celtic origin. Looking at history I wonder how my family tree made it!
The Celts before Caesar were tribe. Each tribe was fiercely independent and so am I.
Each tribe competed with each other. Caesar used their petty jealousies to keep them divided.
His divide and concur strategy worked well... The Celts were almost wiped out. The trips were scattered, never to be a dominate culture.
The Celts were fierce and fought very bravely against the Romans. At the time the Romans were a high tech army compared to the Celts Ununified army. The Celts did wall using hit and run tactics. Than the hot heads of the Celtic tribe WANTING GLORY RAN HEAD LONG INTO Caesar’s war machine. Goodbye Celts!
Cigarette Ban
My country right or wrong!
Mne is not to reason why,
Mine is but to do and die!

HYWEL DDA - King of Wales
King ‘Hywel the Good, son of Cadell, prince of all Wales’ and in ‘Brut y Tywysogion’ he is called ‘the head and cynosure of all the Britons.’ He is the only Welsh prince to have been called ‘the good.’ He was born towards the end of the 9th century, but the place of his birth is unknown.
Welsh
What is Welsh?
Welsh is one of the Celtic languages still spoken, perhaps that with the greatest number of speakers. The only natural communities of speakers are in that part of Britain which is called Wales, and a small colony in Patagonia (in the Chubut province of Argentina), although there are many speakers of Welsh elsewhere, particularly in England and Australia and the United States of America.
Isn't Welsh just a dialect of British English?
No. It is a language that is older than British Engish.

The griffin (also spelt gryphon, griffon or gryphin) is a legendary creature with the body of a lion, the head of an eagle and the ears of a horse or a donkey. The griffin is generally represented with four legs, wings and a beak, with eagle-like talons in place of a lion's forelegs and equine ears jutting from its skull. Our Griffin is a burnt orange and it's standing on a base - the front of which says, 'Wales' or 'Cymru'.
Cardiff, as capital city of Wales.
Where is Wales?
It is a double peninsula of the largest island in the archipelago off the north-west coast of France. It is bounded in the north by Liverpool Bay and the river Dee, to the west by the Irish Sea, to the south by the Bristol Channel and the river Severn, and to the east by a fairly arbitrary administrative boundary essentially dating back to the thirteenth century and very roughly following the boundary between high ground (in Wales) and fertile plains (in England).
So what exactly is Wales? A country? A district?Well, that rather depends what you mean by country.
There is a geographical entity, essentially the hilly bits between the rivers Dee and Severn. There is also an administrative entity which is in British English terms a country, but not a state; some people have been known to describe its governance as giving it the status of an internal colony of the United Kingdom. There is also a people, who to the extent that they identify themselves as Welsh, are what some people would call a nation. There never has been a single state, in the modern sense of the nation-state, exactly coinciding either with the geographical or with the cultural Wales.
The Welsh people have an interesting history.
Wales was once ruled by a king . Then rulrd by local Princes which were subjects of the king pf England. Their language was once outlawed.

This Baltic Country becmomes a Breakaway Nation!
Independent between the two World Wars, Lithuania was annexed by the USSR in 1940. On 11 March 1990, Lithuania became the first of the Soviet republics to declare its independence, but Moscow did not recognize this proclamation until September of 1991 (following the abortive coup in Moscow). The last Russian troops withdrew in 1993. Lithuania subsequently restructured its economy for integration into Western European institutions; it joined both NATO and the EU in the spring of 2004.

Lithonia a nation (once called Little America) has some common History.
In 1700’s both were ruled by a Czar or king,
Both had a revelation. America won, Lithuania
Did not, they kept fighting Czarist Russian. America fought the King in the war of 1812...United States won, Lithuania lost.
Then came World War 1 (The war to End All Wars)! The war started by the Kings of Europe and Russia. The United States entered the war to protect its interests. Lithuania went to war to serve the Czar. America won. The Czar was overthrown. Lithuania became a democracy at last! But then came the communists!
1918 to about 1938, Lithuania was a democratic country. After that comunism spread from within and from without. By 1940 communism gained control. Many Lithuanians were sent to Siberia. Then Hilter and Stalin devided Lithuania. They killed each others sympathizers. After the Second World War,The Soviet Union (Stalin) took the Baltic States as War Prizes. This included Lithuania. Stalin continued his rain of terrer and sent Millions to their death.
