The Strange Tree

There’s a strange tree which lives near me, And this strange tree could not agree, That if this tree could ever see, A stranger tree it sure would be.

I THINK that I shall never see

A poem lovely as a tree.


A tree whose hungry mouth is prest

Against the sweet earth's flowing breast;


A tree that looks at God all day,

One would not think a small flood would inspire a painting. I felt the flood and painted the emotion befor this picture today.My friend( MISSY ) and I walked the trail acros the river.She snaped thes great pictures.
